Ricardo Vaca

Ricardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. He began his career as an entrepreneur over three decades ago and has since become a worldwide trade consultant. Ricardo spent 15 years teaching international trade at prestigious universities in the Mexican West, sharing his extensive experience and expertise with future professionals. Currently, he is the CEO of Wise International Group. Ricardo has served as a member and Chair of various business associations and committees. His goal is to increase Mexico’s participation in international business and competitiveness in the global trade arena. Ricardo is passionate about international trade and considers it his calling to provide intelligent solutions for businesses. He firmly believes that any company, regardless of size, can excel in its trade operations.

Tatiana Skumatenko

Since her first job as a college student, Tatiana has been working with expats and people from different nations, speaking multiple languages simultaneously. Meeting and connecting with persons from diverse cultures is her passion. Over the course of her 16-year career, she gained experience in international and diplomatic relations, high-level negotiations, international trade, and business management while living and working in three different countries. Tatiana was part of the Wise International team in Mexico. She possesses a great knowledge of the country and understands our values and work philosophy. She is now the Branch Manager of our Austin office and oversees business development between the US and Mexico.

Commercial Director

Jose Saucedo

José earned his degree in International Trade from ITESO. Before joining Wise, he gained hands-on experience in customs brokerage, international logistics, and regulatory compliance building a well-rounded perspective that few consultants can offer.

He joined Wise International Group as a Trade Consultant and, over the course of nearly seven years, earned his way to the position of Commercial Director, where he now leads business development and commercial strategy across all the company’s business units.
José brings a client-first approach to every engagement. He is committed to helping companies navigate the complexities of cross-border operations with tailored, intelligent solutions ensuring they stay compliant, competitive, and profitable.
